Shae
With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a background in Psychology, Shae combines physical expertise with an understanding of the mental and emotional aspects of rehabilitation to empower her clients.
Shae’s journey into kinesiology was shaped by her experience as a varsity soccer athlete, where she personally navigated both physical and mental recovery. This experience ignited her passion for supporting others through their own rehabilitation journeys. Shae adopts a client-centered approach, taking the time to understand each individual’s unique needs and goals to provide compassionate, personalized care.

Nicole H.
Nicole has a deep-rooted passion for understanding the intricacies of the human body. Committed to holistic wellness, she embarked on a personal yoga journey which ignited her love for movement, leading her to complete a Yoga Teacher Training program.

Cheryl
Cheryl Kinshella completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Northern British Columbia. She pursued additional training since completion of her degree and uses that knowledge to provide an integrative Physiotherapy experience. She continues to study trauma, the nervous system, social justice, integrative medicine, yoga, and mindfulness practices.
She treats in a holistic manner, utilizing Physiotherapy assessment in collaboration with movement therapy, lifestyle management, injury recovery, trauma and chronic disease management.

With over a decade of experience as a counsellor, Nicole Robinson-Weaver specializes in utilizing mindfulness-based cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) to address anxiety, depression, trauma, injury, burnout and more. Through a blend of compassionate inquiry and personal growth, Nicole assists clients in developing holistic strategies. These strategies foster greater awareness and self-compassion, enabling individuals to move forward authentically and feel more fulfilled in their lives.

Lorraine Tilstra
Lorraine brings 35+ years of diverse healthcare experience, specializing in oncology nursing, end-of-life care, and support for the elderly. With over 40 years of marriage, parenthood and grandparenthood, Lorraine blends life experience with formal training in her counselling practice.
Lorraine is skillful at supporting those who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, as is grateful to work alongside her client’s journey to recovery.

Melinda Crooks
Melinda has been in the field of counselling for over 16 years and is experienced in the areas of trauma, addiction, mental illnesses, chronic disease, relationship difficulties, and bereavement.
Melinda takes the time to get to know her clients, listens to their struggles and needs in a non-judgmental way, working together toward their goals. She allows clients to set the pace for therapy and acts as a guide through difficult times, building on existing strengths and skills.

Nicholas van Sabben
Nicholas holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Clinical Counselling, combining extensive knowledge with meaningful life experience to enrich his practice.
Nicholas employs evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and other psychotherapy techniques, while remaining flexible to each individual’s unique needs.
With a deep commitment to building positive therapeutic relationships, Nicholas creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel truly heard and valued on their journey toward healing and growth.
